Hola! Hello! I am Daisy Alejandra Estrada, and I am a Postdoctoral Research Scholar in the Group Dynamics Lab at Tarleton State University (Fort Worth), where I work with Principal Investigator, Dr. Jonali Baruah. My research sits at the intersection of social cognition, creativity, and culture — I investigate how people generate and remember creative ideas when working together, and how virtual collaboration shapes those processes. Feel free to reach out and chat with me!
